Switching microSD cards in an LG G3

Hi,
I have an LG G3 with a lot of photos, videos and apps moved to the extractable microSD card. How can I "clone that card's info to another card with similar or higher capacity without having problems running my apps or with the original directory structured used for photos, videos, whatsapp's images, etc

Use a card reader, copy the content to your PC and transfer to new card

Apps won't copy, since they're not stored as files. Move them back to the phone, copy everything else the way Pugs said, then put the card into the phone and move those apps to the new card.
