Leagoo M5 mobile data connection problem

Hi. I have a Leagoo M5. I have inserted several sims into the mobile and on each occasion i have been unable to get my mobile data. The screen shows a 3G symbol, however, there are no arrows, when I try to go on the internet I get an error message asking me to check my connection. I have tried a factory reset and manually entered my providers apn settings, any suggestions would be much appreaciated
