Sprint LG G5 how to get data to automatically turn off when Wifi turns on

I recently dropped my data from unlimited to 3gb to save money because i had been only using about 2gb the last few months. I am usually at home or at a friends on the wifi and i don't need data. my problem is that if i don't remember to manually turn off my data when i get home, my wifi usage eats up my data.

So the question is. on a sprint LG G%, is there any way i can set it up so that when the wifi is on the data automatically turns off and vice versa? I am too dumb to remember to always turn my data off. thanks in advance

You definitely shouldn't have to do this! When both WiFi and Cellular are on, data should use WiFi when its available.
