Why does my phone play the T Mobile jingle for no reason?

Since the day I bought my phone, brand new, it will randomly play, for no reason the T mobile jingle. I even have all app notifications blocked, it randomly plays. I have quiet hours set. It still plays during these hours. Randomly. No reason. No urgent notification. No Amber alert. No emergency alert. No account alert. I've already taken out my battery and SIM for 5 mins then turned back on. Even did the harsher one of removing the battery when it was still on. Did nothing. Still randomly plays. While my husband bought the same exact phone on the same day at the same time as mine, his does not do this. What is going on with my phone?!?! It's getting beyond annoying and I'm more than tired of it. It literally started doing it within minutes of initial activation while still at the T Mobile store.

That would sure cheese me off! Can tmobile ppl help? Maybe exchange for another....
