Want to convert some CDA files to MP3 files then transfer to above ?

You need to get a CD ripper program to rip the music from the CD to computer. You can't just simply copy a cda file from the CD and place it on the computer... it's not a real media file. Search Google for some free CD rippers... most will have the option to rip to mp3.
