How do I turn of screen overlay?

It says Screen Overlay Detected. I need to turn off the screen overlay from my settings.

TRY THESE STEPS:
1.) press power button for a few seconds until safe mode appears
2.) let phone reboot
3.) go to Settings › Apps
4.) click on setting symbol
5.) click on access permission
6.) enable all the options according to your need
7.) reboot your phone
