Just bought a brand new Moto G4 operating system is Android 6.0.1 my proximity sensor is saying that it's not working but I don't know how to even do what they're asking to find out if it is working the phone it has to do with the phone going dark when it goes to your ear but when it moves it supposed to come back on so you can put the phone on speaker but that stopped working about 3 days ago I keep pushing the button on and off on the side but it will never come on stays dark and then eventually it will but by that time my call is over or I can't hang it up and I've had the phone a month.
