    I have 5 RingPlus lines on 5 different plans. Received email that plans r discontinuing. One line has M+, so I put in a ticket to find out which or if all lines r discontinued. Was able to upgrade ticket to conceigre (sp?) and then schedule appt to receive a call from customer service. After 4 days, received notice that my phone appointment was being cancelled. One of my lines is mad 6, but dashboard is blank, need to switch phones on that line if its going to be continued, but cannot access to do anything to that plan or line. How do u get ANY customer support? Have had ring+ about 4 months, was happy with plans and service until recently when I have needed to know something...

    Welcome to Android Central! That sounds really frustrating. The best thing I can suggest is to be persistent with calls and/or emails to their support team. Interestingly, their website currently seems very sluggish: https://ringplus.net/
