Hi there, I have a HTC One M8. Serves me right for playing pokemon go too much but it managed to crash my phone big time.
HTC Sense crashed and was unable to do anything, I cleared cache, went into safe mode and cleared cache from HTC Sense.
Now all of the data from all games and apps has gone. It seems like it's something to do with the accounts. I have 3 accounts, my primary one was a hotmail account which now seems to be showing as googlemail.
I don't know whether all the save data is lost or its looking at the wrong account but I don't know what to do for the best.
Is it safe to remove all the accounts and set them up again? What would I lose?
