can anyone tell me why my Galaxy s6 does not completely reset when firmware is reloaded?

i'm trying to flash the firmware and go back to the way it was before it was set up. It will flash the firmware but it is not reset all the way back to the new status.

What do you mean by it is not fully reset? What S6 variant do you have? What OS was it on and what are you trying to flash?

Like others I acquired a S6 that was FRP locked. non of the bypass options co-operate. trying to flash the lastest verision of firmware through download and odie3 and it flashes fine and when i do a facory reset it does not return to the full factory reset and allow access. this is a sm-g920p Sprint S6
