Mobile Network Data not working

Hello to all. I have a "Leagoo Elite 5" android phone and i have a problem with my Mobile Data. Although it shows it's connected in 3G & 4G network, i have no connection. My phone company is o2-de in Germany.
I reset the APN settings to defaults, but this didn't seem to do the trick. Any suggestions? I know it's not a commonly used device, so it's probably trickier than most. Also it seems, that at random times (very rarely) it works and i get some FB messages for example.

Is your mobile data turned on?

Mobile data is on. I had Data roaming off. What's the difference? I just turned it on and it works :O But it did say something about significant charges etc. Maybe it't normal and i was just afraid to press it?
