Depended on its “Battery Saver” Mode, Clean Master can easily hack users’ accessibility on their smartphones. This means Clean Master can observe your actions and retrieve window contents. While users aim to optimize their smartphones with low power mode, the accessibility feature is being activated as well. Clean Master is able to force stop applications which are not on the whitelist. This indicates that users will no longer receive any push notification from blocked applications unless they activate them manually within launcher. Meanwhile, users may miss important push notifications from those misbehaving applications.

Always uninstall (or just don't install in the first place) anything from Cheetah Software. The idea behind Clean Master is enough to prove that they have no idea how Android works. (Apps are supposed to stay in RAM - Android will clean out any app that needs to be cleaned out.)
