Should I upgrade to the S7 Edge from Note 4?

From the UK, contract due. I upgraded to a Sim Card contract only deal but I can upgrade at any time. I didn't really want to lose the Pen and the slight decrease in size, but with the Note 7 gone what do I do? This Note 4 was bought for £350 in April because my last one was faulty, and they claimed I rooted it (I didn't), so I couldn't claim warranty.
