Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016) not responding to touch

Hey guys. So my Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016) stopped responding to my touch this morning. So I woke up and noticed a bit dirt on the screen and cleaned up with towel and little water. After I unlocked the pattern I couldnt get anywhere. All physical buttons work correctly but my touch does nothing. I did a factory reset, and I'm now stuck on the language scroll, as sometimes I get to scroll few languages and then it stops. How to fix that? I don't think it's (but who knows) water related, because I used to do that on my Nexus 7 (2012) for 3 solid years. Thanks very much if anyone can help me!
