Geocoder: Service not available

[AC Question]

I implemented PlaceAutocomplete to allo user to select their location and also fecthed their latitude and longitude values. As PlaceAutocomplete does not provide the country code for the selected location, I had to use Geocoder class to which i provided latitude and longitude values to get the country code. I ran fine on motorola device. But the same code when i tried on HTC, it could not get the country code and threw exception "Service not available". This problem got solved solved after i reboot htc device.
But if I wont this code to run on client devices i can't keep telling everyone to reboot their device. Is their any solution to this proble
