[AC Question]

Hi, I have smashed the screen on my phone. I would like to access the files on the phone but I can not see it enough of the screen to put in the screen unlock pin and choose the USB to computer option. Is there another way around so I may retrieve my files?

See if A quick guide to accessing a locked phone with a cracked screen. can help you. If not, you'll have to have the screen replaced. A friendly repair shop may have an old 820 and be willing to plug its screen into your phone long enough for you to get your files.
