my grand duos gti9082 always freezing

my grand duos gt i9082 keeps on freezing after a minute from starting ... it freezes 6 times need to reinsert the battery to use it again ... i tried to wipe its cache from recovery mode and reboot it freezes after a minute then i tried to reformat it and nothing happens it keeps on freezing ...

Welcome to the forums. I would try removing the battery for several minutes and see if that helps.

Safe Mode disables third-party apps, to test whether they are causing trouble. If the trouble stops in Safe Mode, you will have to find the app responsible and disable or uninstall it.

there's no safe mode appeared on my screen when i press and hold power...and i reformat it still keeps on freezing even though it is newly reformat

i reformat it again. then freezing is gone. after a few hours at night freezing happen again and overheat my phone :/
