phone's microSDcard (internal storage) cant connect to my phone.Can I fix this and keep my data?

This morning when I woke up my phone, Moto g2, said that I should reinsert my internal storage micro SD. I was confused, because I had never taken it out in the first place. I opened up the back and removed and reinserted my micro SD. It showed it in storage momentarily for a few seconds, but then my phone started to reboot and again ask for me to reinsert it. So can I fix this still with all my data still on the card?

I take it you are referring to adaptive storage. Your card is corrupt and your data is gone. These cards are encrypted and the key is in the handset. Adaptive Storage is bad news IMHO

Would I be able to at least still use it (with the data all gone =( ) if I reformatted it? My PC senses the card fine.

I have reformatted it and sadly lost all my data. Thankfully it is 100% functional now with my phone, and I will now be backing up my data -_-.
