I have a galaxy s6 phone and a galaxy tab e. I have been using my phone as a mobile hotspot to get my tablet online and it was working fine a few days ago. Now though the tab connects to my wifi hotspot and shows that it is connected with a very strong signal, it won't load anything that requires Internet.

Forgot and refound the network
Reset my hotspot
Rebooted my tab
Change the date and time to match
Tried several methods of setting and matching ip address
Tried switching to static ip
Cleared cache partition
Factory reset the tab
And of course, turned every bloody thing off and on again several times, including both devices, wifi, and hotspot
I didn't input the wrong password
I did not connect to the wrong network
There's no exclamation point on the wifi signal
My wifi hotspot is my PHONE, not a router
