AC Question

I have a Samsung tablet. Any videos I have played until now have played fine.

However, on one site recently only the audio played, not the video. Why is that and how do I fix it?

I thought it might be a problem with the player. I am not sure but I think YouTube was my default player. I cleared it in default applications and downloaded another player that is supposed to play all types of videos. But I still cannot get the videos on this site to play.

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? Are the videos embedded in the webpage, and play directly there? Or do they cause the video player app to open?

That site has flash (swf) videos... I checked it on my desktop. It will also not play videos on my phone or tablet because I don't have flash installed.

You will need to install flash on your tablet, or install a browser that has it built in. You can read THIS article... read the full article. Or, you can install Puffin browser. I don't know much about Puffin as I don't use it but it has flash already integrated. If you don't like Puffin, then you can use it just for sites that play swf files. There may be other browsers that have flash integrated, maybe Dolfin, but not sure.
