Can i delay bluetooth connection to headphones to allow announcement of caller name / id?

There are numerous android notification programs but it seems none will announce caller's name / id through bluetooth headphones. My research indicates this is an android limitation. It seems the only ones that do such a thing will likely have PBAP or manufacturer specific thing like Name Alert for an LG phone.

This got me thinking. Is it possible to delay my phone (google pixel) sending the call to my BT headphones (say 1 to 2 seconds) to allow the notification message to be read then send the call through?
