Galalxy S5 only providing notifications for some priority senders

I set up priority notifications via language and input. One person is not being included. I have deleted and re added her to priorities, deleted and added her as a contact, set up as a favorite contact. It also won't notify me when I send from my gmail account, which is currently being forwarded to the account I use via msn, for which I am having thenotification problem. It seems to be just this one contact.
