Galaxy note 7 edge ringtone and notifications problems

[AC Question]

Just got the new galaxy 7 edge 2 weeks ago, the sounds for my ringtone and notifications are incredibly fuzzy, they all sound so similar I'm sure they're not right. Then my notification sound changes all the time by itself and plays when I have 0 notifications. The sound is so crackly 8and distorted it's hard to describe. Sometimes the sound is normal, any other sound like music and YouTube videos work perfectly.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Does this only happen with custom tones, or with the preinstalled ones as well?
