how do i stop "page loaded" voice

[AC Question]

I have a Galaxy 6s edge+. My phone just started this and I have no idea why. I have not downloaded anything new. I have checked accessibility, but don't see how to change anything . Assistant is not on. The only way I can stop this is to disable all notifications which is not practical
Im hoping this is an easy fix. Any help is appreciated

I do not have a talkback option that I can find. Only text-to- speech

Welcome to Android Central! Is that the only time the phone speaks to you? If so, check the browser's settings to see if there's some kind of accessibility option there.
