why can't my Gionee F103 connect to WiFi when the singles are strong

I have a WiFi which connected well to my P.C. smart TV (samsung joy smart) and Samsung grand quotro smartphone. But yesterday I bought a Gionee amigo F103 smartphone which shows WiFi single excellent but unable to connect WiFi. Kindly give some solutions.
