AC Question
Hi,
When I power up my Blu Phone one X, it boots then goes into the app optimization phase. After a few minutes it reboots and start doing thing again.
I went into the bootloader menu and both options "recovery mode" and "factory default" causes the phone to shutdown again.
This behavior started happening after my phone battery was completely dead. My theory is that the phone battery cannot charge when it is doing the app optimization phase. I suppose it is draining too much current for processing and does not have any left for charging (my charger is 1Amp).
I cannot keep the phone off long enough to let it the time to charge. It keeps powering up by itself and gets into that rebooting loop.
Any suggestions?
