Stop audio from playing previous cache?

Howdy! I like to listen to a live talk stream, accessed through chrome browser, clickable on the page, but once I have listened once, I go the next day to get the new live stream, and it plays a cached version from before. Once I cleared the chrome cache, settings/apps/chrome/data and cache, etc, and it seemed to work, but now it doesn't. Android 6. I bought this newer phone precisely to get a more modern version of android, but it did the same on 4. Thanks in advance!
