Is there any way to change the default storage to sd card on ZTE Z831 Android

I have a Motorola Moto E Android phone and found a tweak that made the sd card the default storage location. I am trying to do the same for my son's ZTE Z831 Android and having no luck at all. Does anyone out there know a way?

Are you talking about just apps, or are you talking about pictures and stuff too?
