I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S6 about two days ago. It was working perfectly until the charger stopped working. It was perfectly fine until the evening. I also have an old S4 charger. First, I tried using the S4 charger with the S6 and it worked. Then, I tried using the S4 charger head and the S6 charger cable and that worked, too. Next, I used the S6 head and the S4 charger cable, but it didn't work. Finally, I just used the S4 and S6 cables and plugged them into a USB port and those worked. I can't figure out what is wrong with my new S6 charger head.

Probably factory defect. See if the warranty covers it.

The warranty should cover a defective charger after 2 days. Bring the phone, cable and charger back to where you bought it and see if they'll replace just the charger. If not, they should replace the charger and cable.
