stuck Picture icon in notification bar

[AC Question]

I have a picture icon (the normal one with the mountains on) that is stuck in the notification bar that i cant get rid of. There is also something behind the clock in the notification bar which also wont go away.
If i swipe down from the top there isnt anything there to close. I factory reset but after putting all my apps back on it reappeared.
I have a Oneplus 3 with all the software up to date.
Im pretty sure it is something to do with an installed app but can not figure out which one or how to get rid of it. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forums. Do you see those icons on all your screens, even when you open an app, or only on your home screens? Have you already tried changing your wallpaper?

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with Javier P -- it sounds like you might be using a screenshot as your wallpaper, and the screenshot included that icon.
