Why wont my phone do anyting?

I just recently bought a samsung galaxy J1. I charged the phone to about 95% and after i disconnected it from the charger it wouldnt power on. It also wont charge anymore. I've tried a hard reset and factory reset but it wont do anything at all. No lights will come on. It wont vibrate. NOTHING! The battery still works so its not that. Can anyone help?

If you bought the phone brand new, take it back and exchange it. If you bought it used, return it for a refund. Not much else you can do if it won't do anything.
