Why would husbands contacts, when reversed searched, come back with same physical home address?.

My husband has a work phone with most contacts labeled. Then there's these phone #'s with no name, look like #'s from our area, but they never last more than 30 seconds. They are received and dialed #'s calls. When I reversed phone them a few were found to be people he knew but the home address that it shows is not theirs or as far as I know never has been. Then a few more #'s come back as no name associated with it, these #'s also have 10+ other #'s associated with it. The funny thing is these numbers have the same physical home address as the first set of #'s, which were friends. Then just curious I looked his old broken phones # up and it had no name but listed the same address as the rest. Is there a legit answer for this?
