How to turn on an android phone which power button and volume down button is broker?

hello! Im desperate to get my archives on my Moto x gen 1 which has been turned off and have the power and the volume down button broken, someone knows how to turn it in or how to access the storage while he is off?
I thought using and OTG cable and plugging an keyboard or an mouse, but I dont know if it will work.

You have to turn it on. Shorting the contacts where the power switch used to be for about a second will do that.
