Using - Galaxy Grand Prime

As of right now my phone is very slow. Whenever I swipe up or down the screen jumps a bit. Also when I am typing on my keyboard , whenever I press a letter it selects the letter above or before it. I have to type extremely slow.

Sometimes the screen will freeze completely, but when I turn the screen off and then back on it seems to stop the freezing for a little while.

I tried a factory reset but I'm having the same problems

In addition my when i go to my default messaging app and Facebook messenger, when I want to enter a text the keyboard wont pop up. It seems to work fine on Kik though.
