How to move an Android-Sync license to new computer

[AC Question]

I have been using Android USB sync for Outlook 2010 on my Win10 laptop. Hard drive crashed and bought a new computer. Is there a way I can activate the new downloaded Android-sync on my new laptop with the license I already purchased?

It looks like the license is a key that was emailed to you, have you saved that email? Have you tried entering that key on the new computer?
