Why my LG K7 restart automatically? I can't stop it.

I was charging my phone when an icon for android fail showed on my screen. In a few seconds the phone turned off then turned on next again turned off and turned on again. It doesn't stop. I try a lot of things. I remove the battery and insert it again. It doesn't stop. What should i do? The phone is new. I bought it yesterday.
