Hello, I bought my GS7 in December of this year and used the first time with Christmas.
When I throw a music, a video on YouTube or Faebook, or an audio file from any application, the sound cuts itself randomly during the listening on the high speaker.
(Earphone and thus bluetooth work) The sound cuts itself, while the music keeps moving forward!
It is unbearable. I made the last putting has in the daytime (PDA: G930FXXU1BPJE) without ever touching the integrity of the system. I moreover made one "factory reset" to see if the problem resolved: NO. I don't know what to do anymore. Other people seem to be concerned by the same problem but I did not find solution.
