    Purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab E T560 from Amazon (used). When I turn it on I get a message “This device was reset. To continue, sign in with Google Account that was previously synced on this device.” I have contacted Amazon, they told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung they told me to call Amazon. Then Amazon said to call Google. Google said to call Amazon.
    I’ve tried a couple suggestions on YouTube but no luck.
    Any ideas?

    Without those account details the device will remain unusable. Have you contacted the vendor, and asked why they sold it like that, or did the vendor state that it was in that condition, and explain why?
