Unable to reset data usage - Samsung galaxy tab a 10.1

I go to settings data usage button there's no option to reset or control the time frame. Its a wi-fi only model. but i need to know.

That option is available only on mobile network devices. If you want to track data usage, use a thirs party app lile My Network Manager.
