Galaxy Note 3 Wifi won't turn on but BT DOES work.

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what might be wrong with my Note 3. When I try to turn on WiFi, it just sits there with the subdued green you would normally see when it's transitioning from off to on but it never comes on.

I have factory reset 3 times and cleared partition cache.

Bluetooth DOES work. This is not the typical WiFi/BT problem.

Does this only happen at home? Have you reset your router? Does your router have IPv6 enabled?... disable it. Have you tried toggling Airplane mode? How about going into Airplane mode and turning on wifi? Have you tried booting the phone in Safe mode? None of this might work, but since you didn't state any of it, gotta ask.
