Disguising/manipulating notifications

[AC Question]

Searched forums and Google with no success. I want to be able to manipulate notifications from certain apps.

Specifically, I want Snapchat notifications to only appear as a certain color LED flash with no associated notifications on the lock screen, notification bar, anywhere on phone, just an LED flash.

Alternatively, disguising the Snapchat notification (changing text and icon) would work.
