Was having some issues with Google account preventing access to certain apps and following some advice on those forums I decided to go with a factory reset.
Did the data wipe factory reset on the recovery screen, but now the phone loads to the Samsung logo and no further.
It wasn't a rooted phone. It worked fine other than the certain apps.
