Samsung j5 has a blue box jumping from icon to icon, prompt to prompt.

Hello cyber world. My phone is possessed. I think i have a virus. I cannot recieve or send images or voice notes. I have a blue box that follows every screen/app i open, jumping around the screen every second. It lands on menu options for a moment and continues hopping around the screen, sometimes highlighting things that aren't even there. My whatsapp isnt working correctly either.
