Is there a way to lock the dialer screen?

My neighbor keeps wanting to borrow my phone. I wouldn't mind him using it to make calls but I don't want him doing anything else on it. Is there a way to lock it just so he can only access the dialer? I tried screen pinning but in the dialer you can still swipe to call history, people etc. and you can click on a persons name and see their info and even go to messages and see all the texts. It really should be called app pinning.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Personally I never give my phone to anyone. You can buy them for pennies these days...
