No success rebooting black screen of death on S7!

[AC Question]

My daughter's phone Galaxy S7(10 days old) has the black screen of death. I tried everything I saw on the internet from the power off & volume down button to putting it in the freezer! No reboot appears or runs. The screen is turning green momentarily but that is it. I am really mad that many people seem to being having success rebooting but her phone won't. Anyone have any different trouble shooting ideas?
