Moving flashed phone from PagePlus to Total Wireless.

I'm going to try and give as much detail as possible since my question is fairly specific. I have a LG G2 VS980, 4G LTE. My service is through PagePlus, which piggy backs off Verizon networks. I bought the phone and started my service back when PagePlus didn't offer 4G LTE, so I had my phone flashed to work on 3G.

I am looking at switching over to Total Wireless. Both my parents are with Total Wireless, and the switch will give me in terms of talk/text/data for about the same per month. Total Wireless also now offers 4G service as well.

My question is - will I be able to move over to Total Wireless with my phone as is, or will I need to have it flashed back to 4G, OR would it be best to toss the phone and upgrade?
