HELP!!! My Samsung Galaxy S7 edge randomly has lines on it....

I was watching youtube one day and when I closed the app my screen had 4 black lines on it. It was not totally black, it was more like 4 darkened "lines" on the screen... it doesn't hinder productivity but it is very annoying and I really want it to go away...... please help.

Open dial pad, press *#0*#
That will open the service menu. Test the screen functions there. If they fail, take it to a repair shop...
