why does Galaxy s6 music shuffle button does not work, cannot switch it off

Every time my music is updated on Galaxy S6 the shuffle button doesn't work. I cannot stop my music being played to me randomly. I can get round it by uninstalling updates in the Application Manager in settings but I have to do this three times a week. I have worked as a programmer and amazed that this problem is never fixed.

Try force stopping the app itself, clearing it's cache and reboot the app again...
