I often get the "Screen Overlay detected" and I try to allow a permission (for example, Instagram needs me to allow it to use my camera and I want to but when I go into the App preferences and want to allow it to appear on top, it's got the On/Off tab but it won't let me switch back to On)
I fiddled around with it a bit to try to fix it, and hit "Reset App Permissions" - It turned everything on, but some apps, like Instagram, weren't there and I didn't get the option to give it permission.
I tried uninstalling and redownloading Instagram to see if it'd pop up but no luck. Now I can't get my camera to work on Instagram, and I'm worried it's the same for other apps.
