reformat pic taken by Samsung note 4 to send to samsung flip phone
I have a friend who insists on using a flip phone, one made by Samsung. I take pics with Samsung Note 4. His phone won't receive texts with those pictures attached. But if I download a pic from the internet and attach it to the text, he does get those.
I assume that the pics I download from the internet are not as dense as the ones taken by my phone.
Is there an app I can use to reformat the pic so it is one he can receive? And can you tell me the correct language for what I am trying to do?
Thanks,

Welcome to Android Central! Are the downloaded pics you can send jpg or png files?

Assuming you are sending JPG files and not PNG files, the most likely problem is the size of the images is too big.
I use "snapseed" for my photo editing, and it can "export" files in smaller resolutions for just such problems.
There are probably other apps that do the same thing, but finding them is not easy since most do not talk about this feature.
